General Information

  1. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt and a Vat invoice and/or credit card slip will be provided if required.
  2. Goods are normally despatched within 7 days, stocks permitting.  The estimated delivery
    date will be notified with the acknowledgment of your order and should not exceed 21 days.
  3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the goods will be refunded if they are returned within 7 days of delivery.
  4. Receipt of damaged goods, errors or dissatisfaction must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  5. The delivery charge is not refundable.
  6. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
